Traditional techniques of liposuction when appliednto the arm tend to leave loose skin, and many patients are reluctant to accept the scars of the brachioplasty technique. Our Chicago patients are pleased with Laser liposuction, that produces a greater degree of tightening than other techniques, so it opens up new possibilities for the treatment of fatty deposits in the arms.
We offer laser lipoplasty with the slimlipo® device under local anesthesia in our Chicago and Winnetka offices. In general patients can dispense with elastic support garments and return to exercise much more quickly than with other techniques. This makes laser lipoplasty particularly attractive to athletes, who do not want to disrupt their training schedules.
