Case 1: Breast Surgery and Abdominoplasty(tummy tuck) combined

Preoperatively, the patient desired to correct the effects of her four pregnancies. One was a twin pregnancy that effected the abdominal wall mechanics. Her breasts lost volume and settled. There was looseness of the abdominal wall and changes in the support of the deeper structures. The patient desired for her breasts to have a natural shape and balance and wanted to restore the tone to the abdominal skin and other structures as well.
