Case 2: Rhinoplasty

Preoperatively, the patient’s biggest issue was the side view of the nose. She felt that the profile projected too much in the upper portion and less than ideal with the nasal tip. On frontal view the patient felt that the tip was irregular and the two sides did not match. Her desire was a better nasal appearance.
