Natalie Feingold

Natalie Feingold is a Nurse Practitioner who is born and raised in Dallas-Fort Worth. She has been a nurse for over ten years and is fortunate to practice alongside some of the best in the field of  aesthetic and plastic surgery. Her specialty is in non-surgical hair restoration and non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation. Natalie is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist which is credentialed by the  Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board.

She received her master’s in nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri where she graduated a member of Sigma Theta Tau granted by The Honors Society of Nursing. She is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Natalie was selected as “Top Nurse Practitioner in Plano, Texas” by the Worldwide Leaders in Health Care. Her bachelor’s degree in Nursing was obtained from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas where she was actively involved in the Student Nurses’ Association and the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.

Natalie has extensive experience in volume restoration with fillers and in balancing facial expression with relaxants such as Botox®. She has studied trichology and is certified through the US Trichology Institute in the recognition and diagnosis of hair and scalp disorders. She offers advanced skin care treatments utilizing Sciton and Inmode technology.

Natalie strives to be a positive force in her patients’ lives by treating them with genuine respect and kindness. She aims to deliver safe and effective care to her patients while putting their emotional and physical needs at the forefront. Her goal is to build a trusting rapport with her patients and assist them in not only looking their best but also feeling their best.

Natalie’s philosophy is to “treat each and every patient like family.”

Beth Harris, BSN, RN, CANS

Beth Harris

Beth Harris, BSN, RN, CANS, is a well-known Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist who has worked in the field of plastic surgery since 1994. Beth first obtained her plastic surgery experience in Los Angeles, where she worked with some of the top surgeons in the U.S., treating many of Hollywood’s “A List” celebrities.

Beth’s nursing philosophy emphasizes patient safety, education and satisfaction. Beth’s dynamic personality and expertise in facial shaping contribute to her patient’s happiness. In Beth’s role at the Whole Beauty® Institute, she treats patients with individually tailored regimens of dermal fillers, neuromodulators and other therapies that offer non-surgical solutions to facial rejuvenation.

Beth was chosen by Allergen (the manufacturer of Botox, Juvederm, Kybella & Latisse) to be an Allergen certified trainer for the last 7 years. In this role, Beth trains physicians, nurses and physician assistants to master the art of cosmetic injectables and shares the techniques that have helped her build a strong and loyal following. Beth is continuously learning the best aesthetic techniques in her field by attending National and International trainings every year.

Beth is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN).

Beth Harris RN, BSN, CANS has achieved certification from the Plastic Surgery Nursing Certification Board as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. With her CANS certification, Beth is part of an elite group of nurses in the United States who met the rigorous qualifying standards and achieved the highest degree of professional competence in aesthetic medicine.

With precision, a gentle touch, and attention to every detail, Beth has the innate ability to study the face and create an individualized treatment plan. With youthful, natural results, it’s no wonder that her patients travel from all over the country to experience Beth’s rejuvenating treatments.

Paulina Kostrzewa

Lead Management & Practice Development

With over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics and a degree in Marketing, Paulina brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business strategy to her role as head of Lead Management & Practice Development.

Paulina thrives on building genuine connections and helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and empowered in their decisions. She’s driven by innovation and continually expands her knowledge of emerging technologies within the plastic surgery and aesthetics field to provide patients with the most effective, cutting-edge solutions.

Outside of work, Paulina loves spending time with her family and her two mini dachshunds, exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, catching live music and concerts, and cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams. She’s also passionate about traveling and learning about different cultures, finds balance through Pilates, and enjoys unwinding with a good psychological thriller.

Paulina is passionate about ensuring that every patient feels completely supported and guided—from the moment they reach out to the time they walk out the door—creating a seamless, confident, and personalized experience at every step.

Tyler Granatelli

Patient Care Coordinator

Tyler works as Dr. Cook’s Premier Patient Care Coordinator in the Gold Coast Chicago office. She specializes in educating patients in all areas of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Medical Aesthetics and Medical Grade Skin Care.

Tyler manages each patient’s care closely, providing concierge level service to ensure the best possible experience and smoothest journey with our offices.

Tyler graduated from the Phi Academy with a specialty in Microblading.

Tyler loves building relationships, sharing knowledge and making honest recommendations to our patients that truly make a difference. She believes in providing a warm, supportive environment that serves the highest level of patient care and customized treatment plans to each and every patient.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves at every stage, every day. I find the most success in the happiness and added confidence that our services provide to our patients—our friends & our families.

Shay Stanford

Patient Care Coordinator

Shay is Dr. Cook’s Patient and Surgical Care Coordinator in the North Shore Winnetka office. With several years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, she has developed a true passion for patient care and takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and supported from start to finish. Shay believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin, and she finds joy in helping patients achieve that transformation.

Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Shay makes it her mission to create a welcoming, stress-free experience where patients feel like more than just patients—they feel like family.

When she’s not in the office, Shay loves spending time with her husband and their golden doodle, Bear, who keeps life fun and full of energy. Weekends are often spent outdoors with family, or in the kitchen where she enjoys cooking and sharing meals with the people she loves most.

Shay thrives on building meaningful connections and ensuring that each journey is as smooth and positive as possible.

Marjorie Guzman

With over 16 years of expertise in dermatology and cosmetic surgery, Marjorie is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences. As a seasoned professional, she brings a wealth of knowledge to ensure each individual feels supported and valued throughout their journey. Whether assisting with scheduling, treatment coordination, product education, or addressing patient inquiries, her approach combines professionalism with compassion.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and 2 cats, tending to her plants, working out, and learning about nature, history, and space. 

Marjorie is dedicated to bridging the gap between medical expertise and patient comfort, focusing on personalized care and attention to detail.
