The red and brown spots breakdown and clear away by the natural process of repair. It also changes the behavior of the skin’s own natural regeneration process, so that it functions more like youthful skin. BBL can also rejuvenate the skin of the hands and chest for many of our patients. HALO® fractional laser is a versatile treatment that can address a wide range of cosmetic skin issues including laxity or other signs of aging due to collagen and elastin loss, and sun damage. Specifically, it can treat wrinkles and fine lines, texture irregularities, scars, uneven pigment, and enlarged pores. It can also be used in some patients to address actinic keratoses, which are non-malignant lesions considered to be “pre-cancer.” HALO® is suitable for a wide range of skin types and can be used on the face, neck, chest, and hands.
