Whole Beauty® Institute
In the Fall Issue of Beauty Goals, the Whole Beauty® Institute newsletter, learn about advanced chemical peels, MOXI®, BBL® Hero, and HALO Factional Laser skincare rejuvenation treatments that target and treat the unique needs of your skin’s tone, texture, and pigmentation.
advanced chemical peels
Advanced chemical peels remove the dull layers of dead cells, oil, and debris that clog pores and make the skin look older than it really is. Whole Beauty® Institute offers peels at varying degrees of strength to address need and skin type. The peel solution is applied directly to the skin and removed after a brief period. Afterward the epidermis gradually flakes away over time, encouraging cell turnover and revealing the younger layer beneath.
MOXI for Mild Correction
MOXI® improves the skin’s surface and reduces brown patches with advanced laser technology. Specific concerns that can be addressed with MOXI include pigmentation irregularities, sun damage, uneven skin tone and texture, and various signs of aging. This laser treatment at the Whole Beauty® Institute is ideal for milder degrees of skin rejuvenation, early effects of aging, fine lines and enlarged pores.
BBL Hero for Pigmentation
Transform blotchy, dull skin to the glowing even-colored skin of youth with BBL® Hero. BBL, which stands for broad band light, removes brown (uneven pigment) and red spots (damaged vessels or rosacea) on the skin that result from sun exposure and the aging process. The red and brown spots breakdown and clear away by the natural process of repair. It also changes the behavior of the skin’s own natural regeneration process, so that it functions more like youthful skin. BBL can also rejuvenate the skin of the hands and chest for many of our patients. Additionally, our providers at the Whole Beauty® Institute can combine BBL with other aesthetic treatments to address specific issues unique to your skin’s needs.
HALO for Advanced Skin Resurfacing
HALO® fractional laser is a versatile treatment that can address a wide range of cosmetic skin issues including laxity or other signs of aging due to collagen and elastin loss, and sun damage. Specifically, it can treat wrinkles and fine lines, texture irregularities, scars, uneven pigment, and enlarged pores. It can also be used in some patients to address actinic keratoses, which are non-malignant lesions considered to be “pre-cancer.” HALO® is suitable for a wide range of skin types and can be used on the face, neck, chest, and hands. Our team at the Whole Beauty® Institute will work with you to create a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.
